Transportation Services

NURSE LIASON/ESCORT

Nurse will transport and accompany client to doctor’s appointments, chemotherapy, physical therapy and other therapeutic treatments.
Nurse will serve as an advocate/liaison with client’s health care providers.

Nurse will assist with any diagnosis and medication management.
Nurse will communicate any pertinent information to designated family members, upon request.

CAREGIVER ESCORT

Caregiver will transport and accompany client to any appointment.
Nurse will communicate any pertinent information to designated family members, upon request.

Caregiver can assist with daily activities including but not limited to personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep and errands.

COMPANION ESCORT

Companion will assist with any non-medical needs, errands and activities, including but not limited to food shopping, prescription pick up, dry cleaning pick up/drop off, attending religious services.

Caregiver will transport and accompany client to any appointment.
